The item should have been a desk stamped to the face.
That way I could face-desk every time Jagex thinks crap like this is an achievement when they, in absolute most likelihood, had their own Like Bots doing this. There aren't even 1million players, just accounts, and most have quit. Ontop of that, probably half don't even do that facebook crap to begin with so that will lower the real likes even more.
Anyone who actually believes it's true are probably the ones who believed the counter that was on the main page for the 200m 'players' thing was real. All I have to say for this one is: How can accounts be created when the website features, and servers, are down? Because the counter continued to grow during it.
Oh well....
All it is, is self employed publicity.

LOL is Jagex scrambling for content? This must be a sad joke.
As for the people saying "Runescape was outdated before the EoC, now it's better and more complicated and up to date", I'm laughing at you right now. You're kidding, right? Mass button *licking is more ADVANCED? Honestly, all it did was make the player unable to AFK train, wrecked prayer, wrecked armour, wrecked weapon specials..practically everything that they worked so "hard" to build before. STOP REUSING THE SAME CONTENT JAGEX! The EoC is a joke, anyone can see it.
I was on Glassdoor, reading former and current employee reviews for Jagex, and it is clearly stated many times that they do not listen to their consumers, nor their employees. Jagex does what Jagex wants. Even if that means skewing poll results, making many "distractions and diversion" updates to keep our mind off the horrid updates, or even ignoring their paying members.
It's sad, really. What a shame.

Wow some of you are worse than children I've dealt with. If you're going to complain this much about a game you supposedly love and probably still pay for with mommy and daddy's credit card maybe it's time to walk away from the computer and find something else to occupy your time. I've been playing RS for 10 years (despite not being maxed. You know, because I have a life away from my computer that comprises of work, school and concerts). The fact here is that I remember this game when there weren't updates every week or every month. I remember when the characters were still 2D models and everything looked like a joke. I remember when the community was amazing and pretty much everyone you met became a real friend.
The complaining from all of you is what's ruining Runescape, not the Squeal or Fortune/Solomon's Store and not the Evolution of Combat.

I dont use failbook, so meh!
After reading some of the posts on here some of you people should really post your greivances on the relevant forum thread and not just spam the latest Jagex post. If you want wildy back or the return of pre-EoC, post in the correct place. This thread is for the failbook count.
And no, before you flame, I am not interested in trying to get a mod job, I got enough to do than to keep an eye on idiotic posts etc.
