I'm begging for a normal Christmas event..... none of this "have to be there at a specific time"..... think mini quest. It can be lame, i don't mind. But it has been a holiday tradition for my grand daughter to do em with me.. and this other stuff she cannot. :@
even I have not yet managed to be available when the in game event of turkey takeover happens... 10 min every 4 hours, is no where near enough opportunity.

umm i cant find a good thread to put this in but jagex if u could type back to me on this i was just wondering why royal dragon hide coifs dont have any defense or health bonuses whatsoever i would appreciate it u could look into it and get back to me on why they dont or maybe use just forgot u have a lot to do so i can understand why.

Im glad i finished my evil tree before I came to this one, it lasted less than 8 minutes, and they said no unlock of previous years emote this year. I have been adjusting to eoc and my player style being removed from the game, the change means nice graphics etc.. but now the holiday policy of unlocking previous emotes is gone? Without even an apology? to me this is the biggest game change yet.
And after ages there is still no response to my bug report about he wave that didnt happen. there have been years i didnt play much, but did pay, 10 us a month value (im Australian) just to keep up with holidays. Not unlocking the emote is a very serious *ustomer service issue.
look up seasonal items in the official wiki if you dont believe me "after 10 or more turkeys were slain players were rewarded with the give thanks emote and the turkey crest."

I'm normally a Jagex supporter, but.. This is honestly the WORST holiday event they've ever done. Go kill a bunch of turkeys for UNTRADABLE FOOD ITEMS? :\
And there's so many people at the times that its nearly impossible to kill anything.
I really REALLY hope there is another event today, cause if its just killing those turkeys.. Then this is a sad day.
