I was a member for 2 or 3 years quite a while back but I did come back to the game after a year long hiatus and Ive been a member for about two months now would i be included in the instant access part of the beta? If not I would find it pretty ridiculous that you are excluding your veterans.

Maybe it worked in Runefest but ppl also came for other things...

Umm.. if you have been a member for a long time but you took a break for lets say a month or two so that you haven't been a member for full past year? Will that effect it in any way? Is it a year consecutively any time or is it a member for only the past year? If you have been a member for a consecutive year else-while in your RuneScape life does that count as well? Or if because you stopped being a member for a some period in the past year exclude you from being unable to enter?
So what i am asking is are you only counting the past year (May 25th 2011 - May 25th 2012) for the entry into the beta? or any 1 full year of membership in your life as a RuneScaper?
