If you cant wield a shield with a crossbow i"m rage quitting. Meet us half way, Make us able to wield crossbows with shield or im done. Your changing something ive played for 8 years without even asking us what we want. taxes for the church, taxes for the mayor taxes for the sherrif, taxes for the king... its a wonder there is anything left to eat,
does it look like i've struck gold here?

it says "Invites will be sent out on the 26th of June". How are theese being sent out? through e-mail or ingame message box? because i dont wanna click a email link incase its a phishing link, cause my inbox is spammed from them as it is.

and if your just changing the "look" and "feel" but not the actual damage and way of fighting, then just leave it alone! no one is complaining about the way we kill stuff in runescape, and you seem to be all about cosmetics so i can only assume your only changing the look so please just save yourselves countless hours of hard work and let us play runescape as it was originally made, unique, and special.... taxes for the church, taxes for the mayor taxes for the sherrif, taxes for the king... its a wonder there is anything left to eat,

Hmm, how about the people who have played since for example 2005, but not have 12+ consecutive membership? I have 157 days and 16 hours of gameplay. If i'm not picked for the 50,000 people to play the full beta, I'll be truly shocked.

I'm surprised the requirements to play are so low... Wish it would have been people who have played for 5+ years and then chose a random 50,000 people who haven't played that long..
Can already tell that a lot of the less intelligent part of the Runescape Community is going to be taking part in this beta event and instead of giving good constructive feedback just sit there and complain that Jagex shouldn't fix what's not broken.
Edit - I forgot I took a 9 month break from RS last year to enjoy my Senior year of high school, kind of funny that I'm complaining about the requirements yet I may not even make it, haha.

I'll sign up, not one of those 12 consecutive months folks due to a bad computer causing me to not play the game for quite some time. Hopefully Dada gets to join in on the swankydank, but if not I await patiently the update to combat.
