Administrator of TUO
- All ranks above this have successfully passed the Passage of Merit (POM) exam
- All ranks above this, have permission to the
Avatar Control Stone
to manage/attune plot resource boosts, ability to mark down anyone who has capped at the Citadel, invite new members into the clan and have admin permissions on Discord
- Teaches and Guide New/Old members
- Enforces Clan Rules
- Expected to assist with leading events
- Role in recruitment
- Secures chat of any trolls/spammers
- Admin+ ranks are expected to Welcome new members and Guests that joins the Clan Chat


Organizer (silver cross)

Advisor of TUO
- All ranks above this have should be at every mandatory clan meeting(s) and have the ability to add/edit events to the noticeboard
- Appointed by the specified Leader to assist with their job


Coordinator (gold cross)

Event, Recruitment, and Security Leaders of TUO
- All ranks above this have the ability to edit the Clan Battlefield
- Appointed by The Order to help lessen the work they have to do
- The Leaders help design events for the weeks to come and collect ideas from the clan for future events (events), along with helping The Order recruit and teaching others about recuriting (recruitment)

The Passage of Merit (PoM) is an exam for Corporal+ ranks who wish to take on a leadership role within the clan. These questions will test you on your knowledge about the clan in general and all the answers could be found on this very thread.

The numbers in parentheses (above)refers to the number of ranks open within each category. If you do wish to apply for any of the ranks listed above that are available, please PM any members of the Order ingame and be ready to to answer the questions that are on this post. Keep in mind that if you do complete the exam successfully, it does not guarantee your place for that rank.

Strike System
|.o¤•°

The strike system at TUO enforces the rules set for the clan. Anything that could disrupt the clan in any sort of way, will grant you a strike (depending on the offense). If you are given a strike, the date you have gotten it is recorded - after 2 months, the strike(s) will be removed from your name and the amount of AP that had been deducted shall be added back on.

By following the strike system, this sets a standard of how we are to deal with rule-breakers. If you are to accumulate a total of 3 strikes any time during your stay with us, you will be automatically kicked. Committing an offense in the Class 4 bracket will get you banned from the clan.


Class 1 Offense(s)

These offenses will grant you 1 strike and -1 AP
- Constantly causing issues in the clan chat
- Disrespecting clan members
- Not being in the clan chat


Class 2 Offense(s)

These offenses will grant you 2 strikes and -3 AP
- Disregarding the rules set for the clan
- Disrupting an event


Class 3 Offense(s)

These offenses will get you automatically kicked from the clan
- Abusing admin privileges
- Luring
- Scamming


Class 4 Offense(s)

These offenses will get you automatically banned from the clan
- Account sharing
- Macroing/Botting
- Real-world trading

Inactivity Removal
|.o¤•°

Every 6 months, there will be an inactivity sweep. These inactivity sweeps will potentially remove an inactive member from the clan, keeping only active members in TUO. By having these sweeps, we ensure to provide only an active environment to all of our members.

Members that have not acquired at least 1 AP per month , and a minimum of 10M Clan Total XP are
subject to being swept
and will be notified in-game at least a week before the sweep . Members who are on the inactivity list three months in a row and/or under 10M Clan Total XP will be will be placed on the next sweep.

We appreciate you being a part of T.U.O. If you are to be inactive for whatever reason due to In-Real Life (IRL) situations, please contact an Admin+ rank ingame or msg us via Discord to notify them of your absence . You will counted as having an excused absence and will have a 6 months grace period. If you are not to return after 3 months following the Grace Period (9th month), you will be removed from the clan.


**To refrain from not being removed from the clan, you have to maintain a minimum of these requirements..**
- Gain at least 1 AP per month that contributes to clan activity
- Gain at least 10M Clan Total Clan XP on the 1st month of joining T.U.O.
