Definitely the profanity free environment is a plus. I have to hear that junk daily irl, so i try to avoid it in my gaming time.
The amount of time Sham puts into being online and available to discuss any issue is amazing. Being able to access her and discuss any issue at virtually any time is an advantage that most clans do not have. ( Make sure to pm her regularly during Traha hour in Priff. It's fun
) Most clan leaders build a wall of staff around them to insulate themselves from the day to day functions of the clan, but Sham stands right there in the middle of the group and remains part of the daily functions. This may sound to some to be insignificant, but i came from a previous clan that didn't do this, and i can tell you that it makes the clan so much more drama free.
