CLAN RULES:

1.) All Jagex rules apply
- Use Common Sense - If the little voice in your head says "Don't do it", you should probably listen!
2.) Do Not scam/lure/cheat anyone, EVER!!
3.) Be respectful towards everyone, including Guests!
- All complaints should be fielded through Admin+ ranks ONLY.
4.) Do Not attempt to prove superiority over others, including clan mates & guests.
5.) Trolling towards other members will not be tolerated.
- We are a family, so stirring trouble is a Big No no! ;)
6.) Do Not PK/stake clan mates.
7.) Do not ask for Ranks
8.) Involvement in Commission Staking is Strictly Prohibited.
9.) If you will be unable to play for an extended period of time please let us know by posting or messaging a leader in-game so that we may preserve your position within the clan!
10.) Restricted Invites to Our Clan Discord
- Anyone who wants a specific person to join the clan discord must run it by the clan admins/leader.
11.) Capping a Clan Duty - We are a clan, that means you joined us for a reason! As a family that wants to grow, we see citadel as an important aspect of our clan life. This means by joining you agree to Cap!

- If your kind of lazy just try cap at least a minimum of "100 - 200" per login. That's 5 minutes!
12.) No Begging for Money - No lending, begging for money will be allowed in clan any further. Loans for bonds are no longer acceptable.

-Buy it Irl
-Save up for Weeks in advance
-Participate in Capping Raffle's.

CLAN CHAT & DISCORD RULES:

1). DO NOT discriminate against other people, due to their RACE, AGE, GENDER, etc..
2). Treat others how you wish to be treated, with respect !
3). No advertising other discord/clan chats.
4). Keep the chat to English only and keep swearing to a minimum.
5). No spamming of any kind, whether that be gold selling sites , You Tube links etc.
6). RESTRICTED TOPICS:
- Politics
- Religion
- Dark Shit ( for example , terrorism jokes, gore, necrophilia)
- Criminal activity
- Anything against RS Rules
- Topics that could reasonably be considered shocking/ disturbing by a reasonable, not overly- sensitive person
- suicide jokes
- flaming, abusive language, griefing
- referring to stuff as "cancer" "Downs" "Aids etc.
7). If you have a dispute with another clan member, please keep it out of clan chat. Message a Key plus rank to request help in resolving said dispute to ensure that the clan chat is kept a positive and mature space at all times.

Admin Rules

1.) Follow all Clan Rules; this position doesn't make you better than anyone else.
2.) Do not abuse your position; it will be removed immediately.
3.) Do not threaten to Kick/Demote without valid cause.
4.) Do not abuse your Kicking ability.

Rundown of Points earned from each category:

Citadel:
Cap at Citadel = 10 points
Visit the Citadel = 3 points

Events:
Hosting event = 5 points
Attending event = 2 points

Clan:
Recruiting = 5 points
Loyalty Month = 1 point
Discord Validation = 5 point {Discord validation is a 1 time point addition}

6). Have not had Warnings or issues with the Rules.

Organiser
1). (All of the above) Hosts events every week.
2). Represent the clan well.
3). Must be Active in Clan chat and on discord.
4). Must show respect to other Clan Member.

Coordinator
1). (All of the above) & Leads/Organizes/Hosts events regularly
2). represent the clan well,
3). Must be Active in Clan chat and on discord.
4). must show respect to other clan members
5). This includes recruiting on the forums.

Overseer
1). Uphold all Anzacs sister clan rules and attitude.
2). Leave Private Message on at all times.
3). Must be Active in Clan chat and on discord.
4). Meet future requirements if added.
5). Be willing to host an event once per week.

Deputy owner
1). This will only go to players that without a doubt deserve it!
2). This rank is only given to selected people.

Kicking/Demotion Policies

Kicks

1. Kicks are meant for:
- Serious offences against the clan as a whole
- Unresolved repeated issues
- Breaking clan rules on multiple occasions

2. Issues that will cause immediate removal from the clan include:
- Breaking Jagex Rules, Luring (attempts), Scamming (attempts)

3. Requests for kicks are to be IGNORED. (e.g. "can someone kick me please?" )

4. All kicks should be handled by Coordinator+ Ranks
- Organisers and Admins should report issues to these ranks unless the offence is too serious to delay immediate removal from the clan.

5. Kicks for spamming the CC (by any means) should not be issued unless:
- The CC has been muted at least once AND a clear warning has been issued

6. Kicking an Admin+ rank can only be done with unanimous approval of all Key+
- Includes Inactive Admins

7. Blatant kicks of no valid cause will result in removal of Admin status and most likely clan membership

Demotions

1. Demotions should be applied for repeat offences of minor rule breaking.
- Only one warning will be issued before Demoted.
- In some cases, the demotion will serve as its own warning.
- If the behaviour does not change this may lead to kick/ban from clan.

2. Demotions for rule breaking DO NOT reserve your previous rank; it must be earned again.

3. Rule breaking among Admin+ ranks may lead to:
- A precautionary, temporary demotion to General until the issue is resolved
- Reconsideration of your status, meaning Admin+ may never be returned after losing it.

Not Active Policies


Inactive = 0xp Gain in RuneScape 3 and no clan interaction over a set time period.

Ranks of Admin+
1. Deputy Owners are allowed a four month inactivity period.
2. Overseers are allowed a three month inactivity period.
3. Coordinators through Admins are allowed a two month inactivity period.
4. Inactive Admin+ will be demoted to General with the clan job (inactive clanmate) until they return.

Ranks Under Admin
1. There's one set of Activity Check.
- Activity Check takes place first of the month. Members who've gained 0xp.
2. Consequences for lengthy inactivity are as follows:
- 1 months = -1 Rank
- 2 months = Demotion to Recruit
- 3 months = Kick
3. Please inform Admin+ before long Inactivity Periods if planning to return.
- You will not get kicked if you let us know.
4. If demoted, your rank may be given back upon returning if you ask.
- Will vary based on previous rank & length of inactivity

Recruitment/Joining Us!

There are multiple ways you can join us. All the methods are posted below.

The easiest way to join would be to be to join Clan Chat as Guest and ask for an invite. While you have joined Clan Chat as Guest get feel of it to make sure it suits you.


After you have filled out your application we will do our best to reply within 48 hours.
