Events Team (skilling, combat, mini-games)


Skilling Officer (Organizer)

: responsible for organizing and overseeing skilling events

Duties:- set up and execute events
- collect donations for clan funds
-make announcements in game, recruitment thread, facebook,
discord; when/ where/ items



Combat Officer (Organizer)
:responsible for organizing and overseeing combat events (pvm, pvp,
boss)

Duties: - set up and execute events
- is it safe/unsafe notifications
- make announcements in game, recruitment thread, facebook,
discord; when and where
- create and manage pvm team(s)




Mini-games Officer (Organizer )

: responsible for organizing and overseeing mini-game events

Duties: - set up and execute mini-game events
- is it safe/unsafe
- make announcements in game, recruitment thread, facebook,
discord; when and where

Citadel Team ( resource management, participation, Citadel events)



Resource Management Officer
:
- responsible for managing resources

Duties:- ensure weekly upkeep targets are set
- ensure upkeep and upgrades are on target
- ensure plots are locked/ unlocked depending on resources
currently in demand



Participation Officer
- responsible for tracking resource participation

Duties:- encourage members to participate in Citadel capping
-track member capping via in-game and recruitment thread
- manage and run resource raffle weekly
- announce winners in game, Facebook, recruitment thread
and discord


Citadel Events Officer
- responsible for Citadel event planning

Duties:- set up and organize special Citadel events (
birthday party, Christmas party, citadel milestones ie T7
Citadel..)
-announce clan/Citadel parties and events

Membership Team (recruiting, hospitality, promotions)


Recruiting Officer (Organizer)
- responsible for organizing and overseeing recruiting efforts and events

Duties-organize recruiting events
- record new recruits in clan record
-hand off recruits to hospitality officer for orientation


Hospitality Officer (Organizer)
- responsible for overseeing on-boarding of new recruits

Duties:-receive new recruit info
-schedule & conduct orientation ( citadel tour,
rules, media sites, discord...)
- record date recruits received orientation


Promotions Officer (Organizer)
- responsible for tracking clan xp & promos

Duties- monitor clan xp for applicable promos
-announce promos at General Clan meeting
-announce mid month promotions
-note promos in clan record

Co-ordinator Rank


The minimum rank requirement for Co-ordinator is Organizer. You also need a min 1 yr in the clan.




The requirements for Co-ordinator rank is as follows:


1- Cap weekly and maintain fealty 3
2- Attend monthly Admin meetings
3- Bump recruitment thread at least once a week (post bump, or say hi or something) =D
4- Watch clan chat
5- Enforce rules and diffuse problems in clan chat
6- Remind clan to visit the citadel and activate xp buff
7- Help broadcast events
8- Attend scheduled events
9- Recruit
10- Welcome new clannies and/or guests in clan chat
11- Be open to event ideas
12- Work well with all ranks
13- Various Admin work
14-Assist Organizers with-in team with events
15- Assist Admins and Organizers as needed
16- Set up and manage teams
17- Ensure clannies are up to date with everything in clan (meetings, capping, posting etc.)
18- Help keep clan running smoothly
