The awarding of each administration rank will be decided on by Trewavas and will be awarded based on your dedication to the House, and your ability to both listen and contribute to the clan. Members of the clan will be asked to stand annually for a clan vote on the appointment of Overseers. Crucially, you must have demonstrated that you can be trusted - as these ranks hold a great deal of power within the clan.
