The tier four smithing station and mine will be unlocked next week. Yaaay.

This brings with it the added challenge of a new ore type (precious), which is needed for upgrading the other two skilling spots, the avatar habitat, and the storehouse. As we have already met the regular bar requirements for the storehouse and cosmetic upgrades, the plots will be locked when we meet the upkeep and upgrade requirements next week. This will mean that we can focus our efforts on making precious bars for the other upgrades.

The storehouse and avatar habitat upgrades remain the main goals due to the increased resources they both unlock, but I'll put the Woodcutting and Firemaking plots in for an upgrade first, as they require a small number of resources.
