Rule 1. It covers a lot of things, including cutting down drama that wouldn't be necessarily against the rules of Runescape in general. A chill place without aggression is always preferable.

Mostly skilling and some minigames.

Seems to be a chill, active environment with helpful members. Being able to learn more about the game.

At the very least a decent person to chat with. Though I do like to think I can be helpful with the game, even if my knowledge of current updates tends to be lacking. The new stuff tends to confuse this old bird.

I agree. I haven't participated in forum stuff over the years, but would be fun to learn.
