Gather resources, level up, and watch you and your clanmates progress while everyone else is left in ruins. Shatter Vorago, massacre the Kalphite King, and make Nex look like a fool for even trying. • Strong language is not acceptable at all in the clan chat. If it is, you will be warned. If it persists you will be kicked from the clan.

• Always respect other clan mates regardless of their rank.

• Act your age. No trolling, flaming, begging, etc...

* Once you have joined, you will be representing us as a clan. Be kind and considerate to others, even if they're not part of Cruelty.

• Multi-clanning is prohibited. However, joining friends chat is acceptable.

• Do not ask or beg for promotions. You will earn it through your actions.

• Capping at the citadel is not mandatory, but is recommended as it helps with the upkeep being met.

• Bump the thread when it is needed.

• No name stealing, similar names can be very confusing, and can anger the original name holder.

* Clan members are to conduct themselves in compliance with Jagex' rules, terms, and conditions.

• The discussion of topics such as drugs, religion, and politics is not permitted, in the cc.

• Zero Tolerance towards scamming and luring in the CC , if caught you will be permanently removed from clan. Please note that trust trading is strongly advised against as you are doing it at “Your Own Risk”

• If you have concerns regarding any fellow clan members being mistreated , please feel free to speak to any one of the Deputy owners about the issue.

Overseer - Senior Staff

Is in charge of coordinators, organizers, admins, and assist as needed in the clan. They maintain the chat and keep peace with everyone and answer any questions as needed.

•Keeps the clan chat clean and drama free.

•Can accept forum applicants.
•Can summon Avatar(s).


Coordinators - Junior Staff

They oversee the duties of lower ranks. They also keep the peace within the chat and answer any questions or solve any problems in the chat.

Organizer

Admin's are a very big role in the clan. They are to always cap at citadel, maintain forums and to always grab an avatar when possible. They also keep the peace within the chat and answer any questions or solve any problems in the chat.

Citadel rules


• If taking avatar out to home world do not log out with avatar, dismiss it before you go so it is there for everyone.
• The avatar is to be capped at the beginning of every tick no matter what.
• Avatar will be out as much as possible. Admins+ will grab it when they have the chance to.




Capping at citadel consecutively for each build cycle can increase citadel xp by up to 45%. After obtaining rank three fealty you can claim instant xp by right-clicking your clan cloak. Remember to claim your bonus xp from the Quartermaster after you have capped.
