Many of us are returning to the game with 15+ years experience who are not familiar with todays RS3. We have key members to help with End game content like bossing and Elite Dungeons so no matter where you are at in game there is a community here for you!
So long as you are a nice person and can cap at the citadel once a week we have no rules outside the obvious.
