Lazko's daily DXP Portables Raffle runs every day at reset, and is always lit! That said, it might not be suitable for everyone's time zone.

Fortunately, MimiRulz has kindly planned a GMT-friendly Portable Skilling Event in honor of our friends who live in places that might prefer different times! As for myself, I'm just working on training Prayer a bit, as I've fallen behind on one of my favorite skills and because Carpe Diem is currently spotlighting it. After that, I suppose I'll use what proteans I have; I didn't prepare for this DXP at all.

The Semifinals of the Comeback Kid Bracket of the Zarosian Tournament begins at reset! Participants have five days to obtain three broadcast drops from the original Elite Dungeon trilogy, with at least one broadcast each from two different EDs.

Weekly reset coming in one day: the reset after the next! Be sure to get your D&Ds done if you care about them. Herby Werby especially is amazing gains during DXP, and can be done up to four times (two different game weeks with a reset token used both times).
