Yes, but not really. I was invited to a clan at random and accepted, but I didn't really like the vibe.

Nope.
3.) Are you an experienced veteran player or a starting fresh out newbie? If former is answered, how long and what have you accomplished during those times?
Experienced mostly. I'm getting close to my 20 year cape, but I've been inactive for a lot of that time. I came back and started playing regularly again around 4-5 months ago. My total level is 2249 and combat level is 130. I haven't done much bossing.
4.) What are your good qualities given you will become a part of this clan? If you can also contribute to clan progress, what would it be you prefer to willingly do?
I don't know much about clan progress, but the wiki makes it look like I would just need to do some skill related stuff at the Citadel, which I can totally do.
5.) What will be your usual playing time zone and how often you are on weekly?
East Coast. I'm normally on daily for at least an hour or two, but it is usually more than that.
