I left my last clan I was in because nobody would speak in clan chat and the clan was dead despite having 250+ membership.

No
3.) Are you an experienced veteran player or a starting fresh out newbie? If former is answered, how long and what have you accomplished during those times?
I am a fairly veteran player, been playing for over a year now after an extended hiatus, I am maxed with a couple 120's and have regular quest cape.
4.) What are your good qualities given you will become a part of this clan? If you can also contribute to clan progress, what would it be you prefer to willingly do?
I'm willing to help anyone with answering skilling questions and questing questions. I have low-mid level pvm ability and am always happy to help.
5.) What will be your usual playing time zone and how often you are on weekly?
I am in Atlantic Time so most week days I am playing 6pm est - 9pm est and on weekends I am usually on from early afternoon to late.
