Small problem though, my runescape is having issues and i can't log in.
48 hours to hear a response. :P So, talk to u then i guess.

Without U Telling Me What Kinda Issues Your Rs Is Having... I Can't Really Suggest A Fix... Well Beyond Re Installing It .. Since That Helps Whit A Lot Of Things...

And I'm Still Not Sure If Clans Work Quite Like That... Sure U Can Let Everyone Have Their Input For What They Want... And Let Them Use The Ava... But I Still Feel That U Need Few "Leaders" To Keep It Together And Resolve Issues In The Cc...
