Anime Lobby is a social clan for all anime and manga fans on RuneScape. We welcome everyone who enjoys anime or manga, casual fans and devoted fans alike.

Here are some of our main features:

• Dedicated staff, friendly members, a close-knit community.
• Monthly anime events where the community votes on an anime series to watch together as a group.
• Active Discord server to chat with the community outside of RuneScape.
• A rank system that shows how active you are in the clan.
• Skilling events, PvM events, and occasional citadel raffles available to clan members.

If you are not an anime fan already, you can still join if you are interested in watching anime or reading manga.

Anime Lobby is a social clan, but talking in CC is only encouraged, not mandatory.

Anime Lobby was created in April 2010 after two otaku sparked the idea of making a place for anime fans to stay.

...and that's it! There are no level or membership requirements to join Anime Lobby. Everyone is more than welcome!

Please keep in mind, Anime Lobby reserves the right to kick any member for any reason, but will always do so within good faith, and is always due to a direct violation of clan rules, which are listed below.

1) Follow RuneScape rules.


2) Please treat others with respect and show common courtesy towards all members of the community.

3) No spamming, harassment, or excessive begging in clan chat or Discord.

4) Killing members of the community in the wilderness without their consent is strictly prohibited.

5) Hacking and scamming members of the community is strongly forbidden.

6) Hate speech and slurs are not permitted. No inflammatory speech regarding race, nationality, gender, sexuality, physical or mental disabilities. Display names including such language are also not allowed.

7) Avoid spoilers to the best of your ability.


8) Inappropriate jokes or memes about traumatic events are not allowed. For example; jokes or memes about sexual assault, school shootings, 9/11, ect. Please refrain from using serious topics in place of another word to describe something, such as "cancer", "AIDS", "r*pe", ect.

9) Please do not insult others' tastes, preferences, or opinions. If you have a strong negative opinion to express, do so in a non-inflammatory way, for example:

Ranks in Anime Lobby are awarded by reaching certain requirements. To rank up, you need to earn points through various forms of clan participation, outlined in the next post.

Ranks are purely cosmetic and just for fun, and only show your clan participation.

Have 50 points.

Bronze Star - Otaku
Have 100 points.

Silver Star - Super Otaku
Have 250 points.

Gold Star - Ultimate Otaku
Have 500 points.





Gold Cross: Moderator
• Can invite members into the clan.
• Can accept applications on forum.
• Expected to moderate disruptions in chat.
• Contributes to clan decision making.

Bronze Key: Clan Member Management
• Does most of above responsibilities and contributes to clan decision making.
• Have been trained to mark off citadel cappers.

Silver Key: Deputy Leader
• Does all of above responsibilities and contributes to clan decision making.
• Can perform all functions of hosting an anime event.

Gold Key: Clan Leader
• Head leader of the clan. Handles most decision making and does all of the above.

- One-time reward. You will be given the point bonus after the anime event session ends.

Please keep in mind, we are a US based clan and generally schedule events in accordance with those time zones.

We currently run this event once per month.
The group anime event works like this:

A selection of 4 different series are put up for voting in a poll on the clan forum. The series with the most votes is chosen as the anime event. The selected anime is streamed on . The anime event will be split up into a few different streaming sessions. Generally, between 3-7 episodes are covered in one streaming session.

Casual Events:

Casual events are usually held in between group anime event sessions.
The events currently include:

- We do PvM as a group! Voice chat is available, but not a requirement. We are ironman friendly.
- We play the card game CAH as a group on Discord using voice chat.
- We play the drawing game Skribblio as a group on Discord using voice chat. Text chat is also available.

More casual events may be added in the future.

Other Events:

All members can host events for whatever they want, whether it's skilling, bossing, or cosplaying.

Events must follow clan rules.

To host an event, contact Gureisu about your event, then simply make a new thread on the clan forum and post the information there.
A staff member can help you advertise the event.

We can always use your help at the clan citadel!

The only requirement to participate in the citadel is to be a RuneScape member.

Here are some of benefits and rewards for helping in Citadel:


• Free exp with good rates for a variety of skills.
• Get weekly helpings of bonus exp.
• Every week you cap in a row gives you +1 fealty rank. Each rank gives you +15% exp bonus while gathering in the citadel.
• With rank 3 fealty, your clan cape will give you a free exp lamp every week.
• Enable a week-long exp buff that starts out at 2% and goes up to 6% at rank 3 fealty.


• You get rank points for capping.
• Entry ticket for our clan raffle.

You need to get after you've capped to receive an entry ticket, and to also receive clan rank points.


A: If a silver key or gold key staff is online and sees the announcement for you capping, they should do so automatically. Otherwise, if none were online or they didn't see it, please make a post in the #citadel channel in the Anime Lobby Discord server. If possible, please include a screenshot that shows you capped for that week. A staff member will then mark you off as soon as possible.



To receive the clan avatar buffs, you must visit the avatar habitat in the clan citadel. You need to click on the stone located next to the avatar habitat, and select between two buff options:

3% to 6% bonus XP buff, depending on citadel fealty rank (from rank 1 to 3).
50% gathering speed bonus in citadel.

MyAnimeList (MAL) is a great website for keeping track of all the series you've watched, and what you plan on watching. You can record what you've seen, what you thought of what you've seen, and mark what you want to watch next.

You create an account, then add everything you've watched. This is the only hard part; after that it's smooth sailing.
One problem people have when making their list is that they can't remember everything they've seen--but don't worry, it will come back to you eventually! Just add what you can remember.


• You can view others' lists with similar tastes and get ideas on what you might like to watch.
• Some users write full reviews for anime and manga, which you can read.
• You can ask people to give you recommendations using your list. They will use your list to recommend something that you haven't seen before that you might enjoy.
• MAL has many other uses, including: information database for looking up anime and manga titles, characters, animation studios, voice actors, and much more!

4) Add the staff member as a friend, hop to their world, and be ready to receive the invite.
