Clan founders:
Inept Ace, Youngnam, Manju, Fire Clan
History of Clan: By Youngnam. Proofread a bit by Godel.
The cc started from a spark of 2 anime fan, in their interest and love for anime. One day, Youngnam and Fire Clan were training mining in Living Rock Cavern. At that time, they were not friends. However, a random thought came into Youngnam’s mind to ask in a chat called mining golds, "who likes anime, pm me." A couple of people pm'd Youngnam, but Fire Clan was the special one. Jumping a little ahead, Fire asked is there a clan for anime fans, and Young said I don't think so. So Young went ahead and asked Fire, "do you want to create a clan for anime fans, like you and me?" Fire said yes. Then the sparks of ideas went flying, ideas, for the name, how to make it famous, etc.
Shortly after we decided, the name is to be Anime Lobby, thanks to Fire Clan. Manju, created the file Anime Lobby, and then we started to invite our anime fan friends to the clan. Whoever were the first to join and had potential to contribute to the clan were given general rank. Then the cc founders were born, Fire Clan, Yongnam, Manju, and Inept Ace with his dictionary like anime knowledge. One of the very first ideas was to create a thread on the forums, so Youngnam did, in the off topic section. Next was to create a cc directory, he did that also. Youngnam and Fire, tried announcing ingame, and on other anime fan forums about the cc but that did not result too positively. By this time, the cc didn't have too many members.
Yet again, Fire came up with another bright idea to pm and invite the people on the forums that had potential to join the cc and become regulars. So, Young and Fire divided the work. Fire would research who would be pmed, and Young would wait around for people to come on, to invited them to the cc. Only a handful of the potential Anime Lobby regulars liked the idea, and said they would join, and spread the word of the clan. However, they just lost interest.

After Young and Fire finished getting 99 mining, they had time to invest in Anime Lobby. Shortly after, Manju started witnessing people in Living Rock Caverns w84 come to Anime Lobby. That was the founder’s first time seeing Manju’s immense talent in inviting people to the chat. Shortly after, we needed a place to post videos and event info. Therefore, Inept Ace took the initiative and made a youtube account just for anime lobby, it was epic, and everyone loved it.
The next big thing was event 1 which was thought up by Fire, to watch anime with everyone in the clan at the same time, and before that, we voted which anime to watch, then talk about it. Soon after, a step 2 of an old idea came up, thanks to Pcgamer111, it was called the befriending project. Where you find a person to befriend. Once you are good friends with them, you invite them to the clan. The point was, if you have many friends that are on, why wouldn’t they want to be on the same cc as you? The old list of successful people from Fire's research was used. The befriending project included Fire, Pc, Manju, and Young. Soon after, a spamming fest occurred 3 times in a short time period where Manju got loads of new people. Some turned out to be great spammers like him, by spamming in famous chats, like Zezima, tehnoobshow, etc. Before long, we held event 2, which was the anime cosplay event. People showed up in there awesome costumes. After we showed off our costumes, we spammed throughout runescape, like a train in motion, and had a great time. The idea came up to make the clan official. Therefore, Kero Yasha guided the leaders of the clan to make an official thread. We held a meeting with the founders and Kero, we decided what needed to be placed in the thread, and divided roles to play in the clan. At that time Ace was made official event coordinator, and Kero a staff to help the chat/forums. The threads contributors were Ace, Young, and Manju, and everyone else at the meeting of course.

On July 10th 2010, Anime Lobby made an alliance with killrskill, the clan that Kero Yasha is leading. A lot of people from killrskill liked anime, so it just made sense to ally, plus Kero can be a leader of both clans that way. That same day, we picked new leaders to help run the clan. 1 efficient member from Anime Lobby, and another 2 leaders from killrskill, off the recommendation of Kero. So far we had 3 new leaders, plus Kero, and 4 founders; that’s 8 leaders to help with Anime Lobby and the merge with killrskill. The next day we had the third event discussion of the anime, to watch a voted anime together with cc, Akikan. Soon after the alliance was complete with killrskill clan, it ignited a new dream and goal for Youngnam. Previously all the goals for the cc were fires, (make an anime clan -> make it popular) all done. Next was to connect the Anime Fans world in Runescape. So to achieve this dream, Youngnam went searching in forums, starting with specialist clan and found threads that had anime related interest, and asked to ally with them. To help with his dream, he sent some of his most trusted leaders to their clans to help make his dream come true. Related to united anime project.
As Youngnam was trying to accomplish his dream, many clans joined his efforts in alliance. However, a few did not.
On July 31,2010, united anime was complete with 12 allies, and 3 enemies. As the last clan that Youngnam intended to joined the project, had joined. He finally was satisfied, and could move onto the next project, which is events like regular clans do, (castle wars, sacred clay, clan wars, etc).
July 31,2010, event 4 (founder hide and seek) was a huge success. First round was Ace and Young hiding. Ace was found in a matter of seconds by Godel. Young, on the other hand, people just couldn't find. Until they voted Young to give away his location, so he did. Then from founders manhunt, it became a founders ratrace.

Whoever could get to Young the fastest would win. Young was found by Queb3c first. Shortly after, we started a second round, with Ace and Hiro Ryusaki hiding. Hiro was found by Panda and Ace by Deviljaime. Panda found Hiro pretty quick. but Ace was well hidden, unlike first round. The second rounds hints were superb. What really struck me about Ace's show of being the hider, was that he had the whole clan in suspense at the final show down. Like 5 people were running after him all at once, looking for him in the same places. But like I said Deviljaime got to him first and claimed the prize. Great show, Ace.
On 8/15/10 we had our first all leaders meeting for Anime Lobby. The meeting main addition to the clan included, picking our first ambassadors: xrushmaster and Panda Lily. We then had a new system for leaders. Leader were Captain rank and Lieutenant rank is assistant to Captain in which they were assigned to. We then had regular events like other clans such as Castle Wars and Stealing Creations, as well as other mini games. Our first leader for regular events was Godel.
=======
At this point, Youngnam stopped writing the clan history. Youngnam has since stopped regularly playing Runescape and only gets on from time to time.
=======
History Continued (by Godel):
In late 2010, Godel suggested that the current rank system was really unorganized and they didn't really mean much and that a new system should be implemented. Effectively, the first couple ranks are how the current system is today: you come in clan with 1 stripe, then after a while you'd be given 2 stripes if you're active. But from that point and upwards, it was quite vague and no one was really sure why people who had ranks higher than 2 stripes had those ranks.
So, the system Godel suggested was a point system. Step 1 was to create a spreadsheet that contains all of the clan members. It contained information like Display Name, Points, Previous Display Name, Rank, Join Date, "last seen" date.

Initially, the way the points system worked was to have 2 categories of points. One category was just "points" and the other category was "special event points." The special event points could only come from special events (anime watch events and such), where as the regular points came from regular events such as minigame and skilling events. There was a long discussion on the initial amount of points that would be required for each rank, but after a 2 hour debate with the clan leaders and other high ranking members, a conclusion was finally reached.
It was also decided that the way we ran anime events originally (vote on first week of month, watch over the next 3 weeks of the month, have discussion on end of 3rd week of month) was not going to provide enough points or participations opportunities for members, so we decided we'd rework it. The result is what we have today: 2 concurrently running Anime Watching events, but neither of the 2 are ever watching at the same time. We had also started following more clean procedures, like posting a list of questions we'd go over during the event and also posting attendance and stuff.
There was then an idea to do a special type of watching event. This event was a weekly watch and discussion event for an anime that was AIRING. The series we did this for was "Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko," which we dubbed short as "DOSO".
Every week around Thursday or Friday, a new episode came out, then the participating members would have until Sunday to watch it, which is when we had the discussion. It was around this point that Godel realized Ace is garbage at making discussion questions. I kid you not, on one of the DOSO discussions, a discussion question Ace made was, "So who rides bikes anyways??"
This was also around the time where "clan chats" became friend chats, and new clan chats were something else entirely. We decided to change to the new clan system.

Unlike in the friend chat system where you could just add the person joining the clan to Anime Lobby's friends list, in the new system, we had to physically meet them in game and give them an invite. Because of this, many of our previous members who hadn't been seen for months as well as members who decided to make their main clans another clan didn't transfer over.
We lost many people that had played a big role in our clan, including but not limited to: SOUI31, Mia Shi*ure, Panda Lilly, Pcgamer111, Kero Yasha, and Fire Clan.
After making the transfer, and shortly after, clan citadels came about...but they were initially really difficult and tedius to do so we ended up dropping citadel activities around a month after they had been released.
At this time, there were also new ranks in the chat released. These are what are known as the cross ranks. Several high rank members who were trusted and reliable were selected to be "cross" ranks. Those members were responsible for the same minor duties as the big leaders, minus the anime events. They, on the other hand, would have to get permission before making major changes like changing ranks and kicking people from the clan.
Later, Godel, who at this point was an event host for one of the big Anime Events as well as the member/rank list/forum manager, changed to point system to what it is today: only one type of points, and to get them, you either had to attend anime events or do something that helps the clan out.
At this point, Godel was becoming more and more a leader figure than the rest of the leaders. At this point, there were only 2 main "leaders", Godel and Ace. However, Godel saw that Ace really didn't possess very strong leadership qualities. Ace would be lazy with Anime Watch events like not posting the votiong options on time, not posting the questions, even to the point of not making it to his own discussions sometimes.

Godel hereby decided to appoint himself as leader and made Blaze4488 the other main leader and host for the other Anime Event. Blaze also wasn't a great question maker, but he wasn't nearly as bad as Ace, but he was pretty punctual about posting the thread and stuff without getting reminders. Blaze went missing for several months during late spring. During this time, H Kyouma, a member that had joined in late 2011, who had climbed the ranks quite quickly and was a trusted cross rank, was asked to do the anime event to cover for Blaze.
Going back in time a bit, back in around March of 2012, we decided to give the citadel business a go again. This time around, Jagex had implemented useful features and made gathering in the citadel overall a lot easier and less tedious. They had also implemented a way that we could check who has "maxed" in the citadel. So, using this, and some encouragement and ideas from Zach (previously known as Khal Zach), we started the citadel again. Members that maxed could get checked off by cross+ members on a spreadsheet we created just for that on google documents. Effectively, every time you max, you would get a number. Every few weeks, we'd have a drawing and pick out a certain amount of numbers from all the people that maxed. We've had 2 different types of prizes given out sofar.
One prize was a prize that let you get a guarenteed pick on the next Anime Event vote thread. Although we have a thread for receiving reccomendations for the anime event, each anime event leader could look at them and choose to take a valid choice or not. When you'd win this drawing, you got to pick ANYTHING you wanted, so long as it was without our rules for anime series that we do watch events on. When we did this drawing, there were 4 winners. Winners could only win up to once, and if they didn't claim, the prize would get passed down the to next runner up.
The other prize was pretty simple. It was "extra votes" for the next anime event vote. :P

Clan Avatar Policy

Just sticking these here. It's mostly for staff eyes only, which is why it's so far out of the way.

This post applies to clan avatar wardens and rules regarding the clan avatar.

1) World:
The current clan home world is where the avatar should be when it it out. There are four exceptions for this:

• The citadel is an exception.
• Warden is doing an activity not available on clan homeworld.
• The clan homeworld is having issues.
• There is already an avatar in the clan homeworld.

The avatar is required to be kept out of legacy only or skill level restricted worlds.

2) Avatar Obligation:
Avatar wardens are not obligated to have or keep the avatar summoned.

Members who wish to utilize the avatar may politely request once to have the avatar summoned.

3) Citadel Priority:
Before the avatar is taken out of the citadel any given week, they must be capped on citadel resources.

• Open familiar detail tab while in citadel.
• Ensure resources read as maxed (2000/2000 for example).
• If not capped, follow the following priority for assigning what resource for the avatar to gather based on clan needs:

1) Charcoal
2) Precious Ore
3) Ore
4) Cloth
5) Wood
6) Stone
7) Whatever isn't complete yet

4) Stay accessible:

Do not purposely seclude yourself to hard to access or private areas intentionally so that members can't be near avatar.

5) Recalling the avatar:

A wardens may use the recall function to retrieve missing avatars summoned by wardens that are offline.

Please only do this when:

• The other avatar is not available.
• That warden said they would be gone for a while or has been gone for more than 30 minutes.
