1) What kind of Anime do you like? List some of your favorite series.
-All kinds. some of my favorites (not in any particular order) are Death Note, Clannad, Dragonball Z, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood and Sword Art Online.

2) Have you read, and will you follow CC rules? Which rule(s) do you think is/are the most important?
-I like rule #4 because i like ti be treated with respect and i know others do to.

5a) What TimeZone do you live in?
-Eastern Standard Time
5b) We are Eastern timezone based, so if you don't live in the USA/Canada, clan events may be difficult for you to catch. Is that ok with you?
-I'm in the USA so ill be able to catch clan events.

6) Do you have a MAL account? If you do and you'd like us to know, let us know your name and we'll give you an invite to our club on MAL.

7) Why do you want to be in Anime Lobby?
-None of my friends watch anime so i think it would be awesome to have some people that i talk with about anime.

8) To be invited, you need to be visiting our clan chat (NOT the friend chat) and let a staff know your application has been accepted and you need an invite.
You can also speed up your application by asking, if it's not accepted yet.

After you've gotten your rank, now that you're officially a clan member, you can view all of the content in our clan site. Here's steps to get there, if you don't know:

From the Runescape webpage:
1) Make sure you're logged in.
2) Mouse over "Community" at the top of the screen and click "Clans"
3) Near the bottom, under "Clan Updates", click "View Forums"

From in game:
1) Open the Clan Clat tab, click the yellow "i"
2) In the window that pops up, click "5PT". This will open a new window of a topic in our clan site.
3) Click the "^ Forum" button to see all of our forum topics.

Note that due to a limitation put in place by Jagex, you have to wait 1 week after joining to be able to skill in the Citadel. Sorry!

It is also highly recommended you go check out MyAnimeList if you haven't yet. It's a great management tool for Anime and Manga.

MAIN EVENT NEWS:

Anime Event A: JUST finished.

Anime Event B: Voting for the next anime should end tonight!

Anime Event C: Suspended until further notice.

As stated in the events post, you don't have to attend events. However, if you do, you get participation credit towards new ranks.
If you've participated in an event by watching it but absolutely won't be able to make the meeting, we have make-ups you can post which recovers up to 80% of the points you missed out on!

Some favourites are Milky Holmes, Busou Shinki, Horizon, Sengoku Collection, Chitose get-you, but my memory only extends backwards by a couple of seasons.

Yes. As subjective as they are, respect and maturity are probably the most important principles to stick to.

I am generally awake and active from 10pm to 1pm US time at the moment, but I can be around earlier if I want to.

No, I'm not too keen on the social-network aspect of it.

It'll be interesting to try to bridge the two hobbies a bit (Runescape and Anime). I'm also out of a clan at the moment.

To whom it may concern:
I have received a surprising (to me) amount of PM's inquiring as to why I left the clan; Surprising because I was under the influence that the general consensus regarding myself was that I was disliked. Anyway, I thought I would post here and explain the situation to anyone who was interested.
As most of you know by now, I was recently removed from my position as a primary admin and co-leader of Anime Lobby and shortly after left the clan for good. The main reason was due to leadership conflictions between Godel and I. As I'm sure anyone can imagine, it is very difficult to peacefully co-run a clan when your 'partner' does things incredibly different from you. These conflictions lead to many arguments-- to say that we argued every day or every other day is no kind of exaggeration. Both of us were sick of these arguments, and while Godel's original plan was just to remove my admin position and have me remain as a gold star, I think we both knew that me leaving would essentially solve everything, and that's what I did.
In hindsight, I probably could have handled some things better the whole time I was in a place of power throughout the clan. Those of you that I've wronged, sorry. And if you consider yourself a friend of mine, don't worry. Some of the coolest people I've met in this game were through the medium of AL and I have no intentions of deleting you. Anyone can feel free to message me at any time, my private is always on. If you just want to talk, feel free. If you want to go off on me for a time I treated you like dirt, please, do.
Anyway, I recommended Ami as a staff and to take over my duty of anime event C, and I think she will do a fine job. As of now, there are no hard feelings between Godel and I, we're still good friends, and as far as I know there really isn't too many hard feelings between myself and any of you. If there is, like I said, feel free to message me so I can right a wrong.
Anyway, I hope this sums it up.
