1. How many other active accounts do you have, and the RSN for one each?; none

2. Have you belonged to a clan before, and if so what clan(s)?: 1 clan, honestly don't remember name.

3. Reason for leaving prior clan: I won a recruiting event with a 100M prize, was offered 15M because i was only a member for a week. I told them that was disingenuous and unfair. So they kicked me.

4.What is rule #7 on our rules?: No Begging.

5. Do you understand and agree to follow the rules of Serene Wolves?: Yes.

6. How did you find our clan, did someone recruit you, if so who?: I found it on the forums.
