What does LGBT+ stand for? LGBT+ stands for the vast community of minorities under the umbrella of varying sexualities and gender identities. While the letters of the acronym stand for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender specifically, the + is for the sake of including all other groups in the umbrella!
