I've been in several clans that just didn't work out for me, either due to excessive toxicity, bullying, harassment, ect. I'd be willing to go more in detail via PM, I'd want to keep some things private, is all.

I have! And the rules are completely reasonable and fair, I don't foresee any issue in following them.

Yes, please. I use Discord quite often, and I find it's a really great platform for people to interact with when they're not in a game.
