Favorite RS activity: Questing, I suppose, as long as the quest in question (ha!) isn't needlessly long or unfairly difficult. I have to say that if you asked me this question a hundred times during the course of a week, you would probably get a hundred different answers.
Least Favorite RS activity: Grinding, even though I hardly do anything but. There are certainly worse things to do in the game, and I do generally enjoy grinding when I'm doing it (well, sort of), but it's the after-the-fact realization of "wow, did I really just spend X hours just to get Y?" that makes it my least favourite activity.
Other interests: Anime, 10-pin bowling, puzzles, music, mathematics, lucid dreaming, poker. I would ideally add some other things to that list but I think I'm far too lazy to find time for more interests >_<
