Mediation and Disciplinary Rules and Guidelines
1. If you have a problem/conflict with another clan member, please try to solve that conflict by talking and approaching that person privately first.
2. If the first approach came to no resolution and the incident is still occurring, take it to leadership to obtain mediation and to assess the need for disciplinary procedures.
3. Leadership will not act based on sole testimony. Evidence must always be provided (screenshots of the incident and conversations). False testimony and fake evidence if detected can possibly result in immediate clan removal.
4. If the conflict is with a member of leadership, make sure to bring the issue to any other leadership member.
5. If disciplinary action is required, it will be applied accordingly to the severity and the reoccurrence of the incident and the following punishments may be applied: Warnings; Mutes; Deduction of moonstones which may result in rank demotion; Rank demotion and removal from leadership (if the concerning party is a leader) and Clan removal. Except for the warnings, the other punishments require a strike.
6. We abide by the 3-strike rule: At the third incident caused, clan removal will be applied as the final punishment. If the incident caused is too severe, the strike system may be entirely waived by any leadership member.
7. Strikes will expire after a period of time without incidents of any kind in accordance with the severity of the incident that originated them:
Small Incident – 45 days
Moderate Incident – 180 days.
Severe Incident – This type of incident does not have expiration time and may only expire via leadership decision.
