What is the PvM Teaching Team? This is a team of experienced, non-elitist PvMers who are open to helping teach others how to PvM too! To join, you have to meet the below requirements, and fill out the 5 question application! These guys get the responsibility of helping and teaching others about bossing and managing a Discord text channel where people can receive PvM help! Feel free to ask Council any questions if you’re interested in being part of the PvM team!

They are a group of high ranked and well respected members of the clan who make decisions and deal with all the behind-the-scenes work.


To have a core group of respectful, leadership worthy people to work together to solve issues and organize the clan to the best of our ability.


Friendliness and decisiveness are 2 of the requirements to join the team, as well as leadership qualities and a basic understanding of how clans work. There is a trial run as Admin rank if you're not sure. You are always welcome to resign if it's not working out.


There's really only 4 extra things that members of the Council members have to do:
~ Attend Council Meetings.
~ Complete the Council Quota every week/month
~ Be active.
~ Keep in contact.

If it gets brought to the attention of the Council that a fellow member isn't living up to their responsibilities, it will be discussed at the next Council Meeting. After that, the other members of the Council will vote on whether the "slacker" shall be allowed to stay, or removed from the team and demoted to General (62 points). If demoted, extra assurances may need to be made for a successful reapplication, which can be made after the gaining the required points for Admin rank, but not within 1 month of demotion.

~Host 1 competition or activity. Council Members take turns hosting monthly competitions (you can host an additional one if you want). Competition Schedule below (soon to be added)
~Lead 1 event weekly. This can either be a scheduled event for points or a social one (no points). If you are leading a social event, please make it clear so people aren't let down when they realize they didn't get 2 rank points for attending that event. (Preferably add it to the noticeboard)
~Help sell raffle tickets for our monthly raffle
~ACTIVELY engaging with the community and helping with events and other leadership tasks
~Completion of a minor job that will be discussed and agreed upon acceptance (ask for more info)

You must be able to complete this basic task list to remain in Council (unless unable to with a good reason).

Those who go above and beyond (offering to take on more work/responsibilities) will definitely be considered for a key rank down the road if they have the leadership qualities needed!

*Anything said within the Council Chat, stays in the chat unless with permission directly from the clan leader. Any leaking of information, personal opinions, or screenshots could result in an immediate and permanent kick from our Council. Punishment beyond that would be discussed by the remaining Council Members.
