Generally, yes, even with the additional sources of XP and larger restoration XP rewards.
You can complete collections multiple times for the relevant rewards, including effectively converting them to chronotes; and you can restore the artifacts and disassemble them for ancient components that can be converted into tradeable crates with some other parts.
