Since it took awhile for me to find this again, here is an excellent guide, referred to on the RS forums earlier, regarding the upcoming M&S Rework: https://runescape.wiki/w/User:Suity/MSRework#Basic_Mechanics. (Remember, it is only a guide on the proposed update and things can change with the release and our feedback.)
