I assume this is in response to me being unwilling to remove clan members who have either gone inactive or rarely log in.

I refuse to kick clan members due to inactivity anymore. As the current Clan Owner, kicking inactive clan members is not the change I want for MRC. Our last inactivity sweep lowered the clan from 78 down to 50. I stand by what I said Thursday, the focus should stay on the clan members who are online not the ones offline.

With that said, sorry you have made the choice to leave us Summer. If you ever decide to rejoin us in the future, simply hop into the clan chat or pm a rank for a re-invite.

On February 8th 2016, the Clan Citadel was given a small update:

A runestone has been added to the Avatar habitat that allows clan members with correct permissions to recall avatars back to citadel. Wherever the avatar is it will be de-summoned and will immediately return to the citadel.

We have given this permission, to recall the Clan Avatar, to all Admin+ ranks.
DO NOT ABUSE THIS PRIVILEGE!

We are also adding two more rules to the Avatar Wardens, and they are:
If lobby'ing with the Clan Avatar, ask if anyone wants to summon the Clan Avatar.
If yes, dismiss the Clan Avatar and allow the other clanmate to summon.
If no, state in the Clan Chat an estimated time you will be lobbied with the Clan Avatar.
Do not abuse the Clan Avatar recall.

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN

Mutinous Rcers do not directly have any requirements to join. We encourage all new members to strive for 75 runecrafting to allow them to begin the ranking process. Level 75 runecrafting is not a requirement to join or to remain in MRC.

In the mean time, you will be given our honorary Recruit Rank! Once 75 runecrafting is achieved, you will start your ranking.

REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN

You MUST meet the requirement of 75 runecrafting in order to be eligible for joining MRC. Once you have joined, you will be given a 7-day trial period before we rank you. In order for us to verify when your 7-day trial probation has concluded, please post an application on our thread.

In the mean time, you will be given our honorary Recruit Rank! After your 7-day trial period has ended, you will be ranked accordingly to what your runecrafting level or runecrafting experience is at.

DO YOU HAVE TO GAIN 30M XP MONTHLY

No. People have real lives. Any one who tells you that if you don't get 30m xp a month, you're not an amazing skiller is wrong. An amazing skiller or any player in Runescape, is one who continues on with their goals, juggling real life issues along the way and STILL achieves their Runescape goal. Whether the monthly xp gain is 2m, 10m or 50m... is irrelevant. It's dedication, persistence and patience which makes an 'amazing' player and don't let ANYONE convince you otherwise.

Reasons for change:

I felt the previous version was a tad lengthy in text. The 75 rc req. has been changed to a post-joining, strive-for-achievement instead of a prerequisite to joining.
