The Avatar Warden must cap resources weekly in the clan citadel.

Are you willing to follow the Avatar Warden Rules: Absolutely

Why are you wanting to be a Avatar Warden: Most of the current Wardens are in Runespan and don't want to leave but still want that xp boost. I want to be able to help out those people and maximize the clans runecrafting xp.
