Welcome to our recruitment thread!

The Southern Water Tribe is a brand new clan looking for scapers to create an enjoyable & diverse community. We're seeking friendly, laid back people who are looking for a helpful, informational, and overall fun community. We define ourselves as a social skilling clan but most of our members partake in PVM/PVP activities on a daily/weekly basis and are open to teaching/learning opportunities.

If you are looking for high-rank clan opportunities especially - this is the place for you. We're currently recruiting event organizers, CC moderators, and clan recruiters. However, if you're not interested in any management positions at this time, we're still recruiting any and all members who are just looking for a fun community.

There are no requirements to join our clan - besides maybe a fun attitude. Come guest in our CC to test us out or join us by messaging Forestis or Water Ender for an invite.

Admin+ ranks will be given to those highly involved in the clan - such as event planning, CC activity, recruiting, and regular capping.

All other ranks are based on either xp gained or time in clan. We don't want to put pressure on anyone to earn a certain amount of xp - so we implemented this system to apply to both those who play often and those who can't/don't.

Recruit : New Members
Corporal : 5m XP or 1 month
Sergeant : 10m XP or 2 months
Lieutenant : 30m XP or 4 months
Captain : 75m XP or 6 months
General : 150m XP + Participation
Administrator : General Rank + Merit

Please remember that to be fair to all clans, each clan should only have one recruitment thread, posted in the forum that is the best fit for the clan, based either on requirements or activities.

This forum is for clans that have a skill total requirement for joining or a special focus on skills. As your clan has no requirements, your thread in the Recruitment - Social & Community Clans Forum is the better placed, so please continue to use that thread.
