Gergun,

You're currently a lot lower than our clan requirements (600m+) and at your levels, the likelihood of failing the probation is very high. Therefore, I cannot accept your application. Keep in mind, while we discuss efficiency, early game isn't really a hot topic for us (i.e. woodcutting meta at lvl 30) other than just stressing to do dailies you have requirements for (cache from lvl 1, book of char after quest reqs, div yews at 60 wc, warbands from lvl 1) etc.
