Your experience gains are not bad, though there is a huge amount of room for improvement. You are doing almost no dailies at the moment - if you are seriously interested in 120 all I would strongly recommend doing caches, ancestral energy contracts, divine yews, farm runs, and warbands every day. Contracts are afk and much faster than regular divination. I'm also not sure what you mean by "skills that jagex tracks" (they track all of them?), but you seem committed which is the first step towards reaching your goals.
