30-40 depends on work

I do tree runs , on the first .30 i do sinkholes after i do daily dung challange then i go for first cache , i do ports, agilty posts and warbands when it time than i start doing some other skils
6. What are your current goals on RuneScape? How will you achieve these goals efficiently?
My current goal is to get 200m farm and 200m dung and i work on my comp cape too i do daily challange plus sinkholes for dung for xp and tree runs and warbands for farming xp in my free time i train slayer plus invetion so i can get those comp reqs .
