I used to be in the clan, I'd like to further enhance my efficiency to reach my ultimate goal of 5.4

Yes sure
4. How many hours do you play per week, on average?
Varies, but around 20-40
5. Please describe a typical RuneScape day for you. Include any dailies/D&Ds that you partake in.
Divine locations extended(yews), X4 cache with daily reset tokens, Div contracts on the Arc, Goebiebands, Ports, Reaper task.

6. What are your current goals on RuneScape? How will you achieve these goals efficiently?
My current goal(s) is to finish off 120 slayer, while maintaining my trim.

-Yes

-interest in joining people who got big goals and don't e-dates in ge, and are experienced with the game

-really depends on work, but around 20-30+ roughly i would say

-Port, reaper task, pvm events, divine locations, usually sinkholes 2-4x sinkholes.

6. What are your current goals on RuneScape? How will you achieve these goals efficiently?
-goal is to reach as much as possible xp, 120 slayer, and might go for comp cape

Thanks for your interest in EE! Upon looking over your application, account and XP gains, I see a lot of potential! Your list of dailies is decent. I would like to suggest looking into: warbands, Goebie-bands, Guthix caches, runespheres, arc contracts, evil trees, etc. If you need help finding a warbands fc, please let me know!
