Summary of Changes

1. Condensed the post. Someone looking for a clan will get a lot of responses, so don't want to take up too much space. Removed some redundancy.

2. Apart from the header, made sure that the first appearance of the clan name is the actual clan chat name (Hashtag Lounge). Reduces confusion for those wanting to visit.

3. Changed the line containing "help from experienced members" since some would take it as being condescending. Simply stating that clan members are experienced implies that help is available.

4. Changed "I can be reached" to something neutral so that anyone can post the advert.

5. Stylised the line about the chat being always open, both to reduce redundancy and to end on a catchy note.
