After a brief discussion with several clan members who wanted the use of an Avatar, it has been decided that the Citadel may be opened up for clan use on ONE condition.
Nobody is to be expected, asked or forced to cap. Those who WANT to cap are more than welcome to, but it is to be VOLUNTARY cappers only. Nobody is to be ostracised, bullied or treated differently for not capping. This clan is supposed to be a fun place where people are free to do what they want and I realise that some people may actually WANT to cap, so the decision to open the Citadel seems fair.
However, we are a casual clan and I expect it to stay that way. That's all for now.
