On your post you click the link button at the top beside the smiley faces and then you paste your link in the pop up right after the equal = mark. [-link url=][/link-] it looks like that.
Example
You paste the link after the = sign and then in between the ] [ you type what you want it to say.
Apparently I can't put a gyazo here so the written explanation will have to do
P.S if you want to write this as a signature then you go to your profile by clicking your picture in the top right of the forums and scroll to the bottom, there's a place there to type stuff.
