You've got some nice recent gains and good signs of high activity. However, I will note it may be a bit of an uphill battle, since you are required to do probation repeatedly until 600m xp as you do not meet clan requirements. So I would recommend starting a good list of dailies and work on some easier skills as a daily like dg challenges, caches, yews all past 99.
