Will you be capping at the citadel: I'll do so in some capacity. I've already maxed all the citidel skills, and i'm someone who is big on efficiency of my time in this game... but i'll see what I can do.

Why do you want to join Game of Experience: I like joining growing communities, rather than getting lost in big, giant clans... and it seems like a nice little place to cozy back into the game in.
