I am unable to play RuneScape because of data limits, and without my accounts we cannot upkeep our RARE MAXED citadel that we NEED for the citadel/clan update of 2018.

We chill, skill, play RuneScape. When our upkeep is hit, it becomes open citadel, skill on what you need for XP.

Please visit clan chat "deranged" and ask to join and a rank will add you.

Our tick is tomorrow; if we miss upkeep tomorrow and next week, game over.
