The ranking system is very basic and entirely based on activity , this includes: capping at the citadel, attending events, hosting events, recruiting new members, XP gained, talking in the clan chat, helping clan members. All promotions/demotions are judged by the leaders.
The following is an example of the activity of each rank - this is not a set list of requirements.

Newest or inactive members.

Corporal:

Active in the Clan Chat.

Sergeant:

Occasionally goes to events or caps.

Lieutenant:

Consistently goes to events or caps.

Captain:

All of the above and contributes to recruiting or event hosting.

General:

Has been active in the above for a long time or used to be an Admin+.

Administrator
:
Consistent event host or recruiter. Trusted member, involved in clan decisions.

:

There's no strict rules, you should be able to use your common sense. Any discrimination/prejudice against peoples or groups won't be tolerated. Discussion of politics and religion isn't banned but it is discouraged. In general
if you're causing any drama you'll be muted or temporarily kicked.


No requirements for being in the clan, apart from the requirements to join.
Capping in the citadel and attending events isn't mandatory.
You'll only be removed from the clan if you're inactive for a very long time or cause trouble within the clan.

Ranks Administrator+ have the power to mute/temporary kick after a warning has been given.
Anyone can bring up a problem within the clan and suggest a solution, however the clan management will decide.
Removal/banning from the clan must be agreed upon by the leaders. ·•·

How serious is this clan?

Not very. If you want to climb the ranks you'll have to put some effort into the clan, if not it's just a community to enjoy the game with. Nothing is expected of you, it's completely your choice how seriously you want to take being in the clan.

How do I get avatar XP?

You need to cap at the citadel (this requires collecting resources once a week - it's good XP). Each week you give need to give 300 orts to the avatar in the citadel. Any Administrator+ rank can have the avatar out, you need to be on the same world as them to receive the bonus.

How does the Discord server work?

Once you're a member of the clan you can ask for a link to to join the server, your rank in the Clan Chat will be reflected in your rank in the server. There are voicechat rooms for events - or whatever you want. There are also regular chat rooms - great for sharing links or screenshots. We also have a room where anyone can post but only leaders can read the messages - so that we can help with any complaints/issues. ·•·
