After reviewing your application, I am pleased to tell you that you've been accepted into Malicious Intent. Our home worlds are w39 and w71. Skilling in the citadel is optional, but on Saturdays, we do try and cap together as it's faster. Many of us enjoy the additional 3-6% fealty xp boost ^.^ during the week.
