People are claiming Nostradamus predicted a devastating 27 year war (very different to cheery 27 year wars) that would begin in 2016.

Now I don't know much about that, but that thought alone is frightening - I feel like people take creative license when interpreting that.

However I can confirm that a lady, who died in 1996 (which is only relevant because I don't know the year of the prediction, but it seems very likely it was 1996 or earlier), predicted that Barack Obama would be the last US President.

This was a well known mystic who had made other predictions, most of which but not all actually happened, & since then those that she was known to have speculated if it meant doomsday, or simply a change in the US political system.

Well we know that Trump is not President yet, & we know the unrest demonstrated by those who strongly don't want him to be.

So at this point I still feel it's about a 50/50.
Between the end of the world & a change in the US political system.

Either way how could this person possibly predict that 20 or more years ago!
I guess we better pray that Trump's ascent is a catalyst to change the system!
