Hello I'm a returning member to runescape after approx. 2 and a half years afk. I am a jack of all trades and have completed all but I think 6 quests. I am always looking to help others and I read your threads on your clan and am very interested in your values. I would like to join but I have no idea what "capping" is. Please consider me as a new member to your clan and anything you wish to ask feel free to do so I mostly play at 10-2 central us time and sometimes a bit after 1.
