1.

Golden rule

: A little kindness goes along way!

2. Any issues you have with other clan members are to be taken outside of the clan chat.

3. Zero drama or arguments in the clanchat!

4. Do not spam the CC. Spam is considered the excess repetition of a word, term or phrase.

5. Do not lock the clan chat without a respectable reason. If the clan chat needs to be locked, please announce your action within the clan chat.

6. Do not crash your clanmates (i.e. PvM, Slayer, skilling locations like Hunter/abyss, etc.).

7. No trolling. You are expected to act in a well-mannered and mature way in both clan chat AND when representing your clan outside (such as when doing divine locations, when guesting in another clan's CC, on forums, etc).

8. Abusive behavior towards your fellow clanmates will not be tolerated. Mild humor and banter is accepted if it is not overly offensive or contain excessive profanity.

9. Topics such as religion, politics. and hate directed at a particular group should generally be avoided. This list varies due to the vast amount of possible offensive topics.

10. If you are asked by ANY clanmate to stop whatever you may be doing (that may be offensive towards ANY clanmate), please do so.

11. Do not lure, scam, or harass any player, regardless of whether they are in the clan.

12. Our CC language is English. You may speak to someone in a different language temporarily if deemed necessary, but try to keep all conversations to English.

13. If you have concerns about people in the clan (regarding vulgar behavior, scamming, botting, etc.) feel free to speak to any keyrank about it.

Within the clan, we operate with a system of clan experience and clan exp points to check everyone's activity. Points are stored on a Google Doc. You can earn points by being active in the clan, recruit new members, mentor new recruits or helping in our citadel

Complete weekly resource cap

You may cap once a week, and doing so will earn you +2M exp points.
•

Invite a new member to the clan

Every person you recruit, you will earn +1 point. Be sure to remind them to read forums once they join
•

Mentoring New Members

You can mentor your own recruits, or others. Doing so will give you +1M exp point.
•

Taking a forum selfie

Grab yourself a forum avatar at the photobooth, doing so will give you +3M exp points
•

Frequently bumping

Bumping our forums regularly will result in a bonus amount of points
•

Gaining experience

We've set the conversion rate at 1M clan exp equals 1M exp point

We do not host any organized events. Events are spontaneous and often hosted by the clan members. You can always ask for PvM-partners in the clan chat, or a skilling buddy... You can keep track of our skilling competitions on Runeclan.

Here we maintain all citadel information regarding the clan citadel and current activities surrounding the clan citadel, for those who are new with the term 'citadel' it is a immense flying clan castle where we can collect resources for a large chuck of weekly experience and to maintain our avatar and current state of the citadel. Quick acces can be granted through your clan 'vexillum' wich provides unlimited teleports to the citadel entrance.

We want all of our new recruits to feel welcomed, and either before or after they read through our forums, I'd like one of our recruiters or mentors to help them feel like they are truly one of us. Teach them the ropes, and help them get started on their way to ranking up!

Step-by-step mentoring guide

1) Welcome the new recruit, settle them in, get them to read the forum, and apply once the following steps are also done.
2) Ask the recruit if they need help with anything clan related (such as how to cap in citadel) and ask them if they have any questions.
3) Give them a short tour of the citadel, explaining some of the basic mechanics.
4) Take them to the clan camp to get a clan cloak, clan vex, and a forum avatar from the photobooth!
5) Give them a brief explaination how to invite new members and how to place a vexilum.
6) Explain how to get to the clan recruitment thread, to 'bump' and ranks,rules and clan info.
7) Post on forums or tell me that you have finished mentoring someone to get points.

Mentoring benefits

Recruiting is only half the journey. This is why we have decided to split the 2 recruitment points into 1 recruitment point, and 1 mentoring point. If you recruit someone, mentor them as well if you are part of the system! If not, please direct them to forums or to another mentor.
