Few Updates:

1) Black Mark System is out-dated, and too hard to explain. It will now be removed.

2) Events have been streamlined, to produce one planned event per week, namely Citadel Capping. Unplanned events, such as event participation or group skilling will happen on a spur of the moment basis.

3) New Events team members & admins will be put in place shortly.
