This was my appeal, it's compacted because it was limited to 1000 characters.
Although when I submitted a 999 character one it said was too long.

I in no way targeted anyone after this. I heeded his warning & made no more threads.
Mentioning a mod or responding to them is not targeting.
Meadows has manipulated ambiguous rules to serve his own agenda.

img2 when i click more info he sends me to a link that does not exist.
img3 states i broke in game rules which is a flat out lie.
Further: Edge stole from player accounts then lied about it.
His avoidance & dishonesty is responsible for the community frustration that grew as a result.
My sarcastic thread highlighted his dishonesty.
I responded to his actions & comments on the RS forums.
I used no foul language, didn't type all in caps, & EVERY SINGLE POST was reviewed & approved by F-Mod Rooh.
