Equality:
ALL clanmates are treated equally.
Ones status in the clan is recognized based on the deed of the member not their rank.
There is a difference between the two.
ALL members from the Recruit rank to anything below Overseer; with the exception of the founders have the same opportunities to gain rank.
Ranking is based on hosting events, suggesting positive ideas or constructive criticism that improve - dynamics - strengthen - focus the clan; XP Gain and quality of the Recruits that are joining.
Ranking System
Ranks will be done on Sunday Evening CTZ before Mondays Build Tick - on occasion it can be handed out at any time.
Ranking will be based on:
Players activity, friendly attitude, willingness to help.
Mentoring others in clan and in RS in general.
Bumping the recruitment thread once per day
Quality Recruiting
Harassing - Begging - Demanding for a Rank up will result in a demotion - Ranks are earned.
Anyone caught abusing their Ranked position or power tripping in the clan will be demoted immediately until a complete investigation is concluded and a resolution found.
Ranking System is being re-evaluated - Recruits will be ranked to Sargent and either be demoted or promoted from there. We need a Base players and I feel for now that this could help the clan....
