Me and some other clan members have been wondering why there only a few members present in the clan chat when we have 100 members? It also seems as thought the owners only play about once a week. Sometimes I have questions concerning game issues, that I can't find by googling. I'm strongly considering quitting and finding a clan that requires mandatory capping. Consider this my one week notice.

All clan members are encouraged to direct questions to me. I can also be reached via facebook which goes straight to my phone, our clan discord which also goes to my phone and our clan forums which you can find by searching jamandy52 and zetaboards.

All of that aside, I understand you wanting a more active clan.

We no longer kick for activity. We can't change the number listed on the clan page for 'activity' which leaves you believe that we have that many active members.

We have not and never will require the citadel for upkeep. We used to and found it stressed out a lot of people. It took the fun out. Jagex only requires 5 to visit and the resources of about 5 people to maintain the citadel.

Most of our clan members are in the Eastern timezone. Weekends and evenings are way more active for us.

But we also have no activity requirements. Not for xp, citadel, or total xp.

I know many of the clan members via facebook, twitter, or other online activities outside the clan. Many of us date as far back as 2012.

Our friendship is not and never has been about who plays the most.

Everyone is welcome in our challen, guests, clan member etc.

We don't require events either because we don't have the sort of player base who enjoys minigames, penguins, or whatever ingame activities are going on as a constant.

I can understand you concern about activity as well.

J A C0b and H onesty are not based in the us. J a c0b has been consistently gaining Xp, and I have seen him in game every day when I log in.

J a C0b has gained 2,080,539 just today alone. He has gained 5m xp since the first of January. That is consistent gameplay with what I have consistently seen and experienced. He also works on comp cape requirements and quests consistently.

H onesty has been away on holidays. She still caps every week and is more active in UK mornings, a time most americans are in bed.

Warner / Dig works a full time job that has increasded hours in winter. He works for a 17 building company that caters to over 3000 apartments. He is one of the only two people who are licensed in HVAC [heaters and AC]. Currently, our city, is having record breaking snowfall - adding daily shoveling on top of normal repairs on him. When his hours are shorter at work, he will be back, and then he will vanish a bit in summer but he will return.

P00 just expressed his activity decline in the clanchat, which was related to medical reasons as well. He also works a short staffed team and has lots of overtime.

I have 7 accounts in the clan, p00 has 4, hon has 1, jake has 2, and warner has 2. That alone is 17 accounts, or 20% of the clan. Why so many?

We used to pay for membership on ALL of the accounts at once. To fast track our citadel. We found that we didn't have clan members who were into it and once we reached the 2nd avatar we collectively agreed that was enough for us. And at nearly $200 a month, it seemed like a stupid idea. So we ceased.

Prism / Ajoite works a travel related job, and has to come and go with 1-2 days notice at a time for varying durations. This also eats into her playtime. She tends to host drop parties or other events for the main holidays when she isn't away on business.
